Indian Army to host first ever Hackathon, winners to bag Rs 15 lakh

The Indian Army will host the first hackathon of its kind, the winners will bring 15 lakh rupees

New Delhi, October 22 (KNN) The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Rashtria Raksha University and ISAC are organizing the Sainya Ranakshetram hackathon from November 15 to December 30, 2021.

This event offers free technical seminars to improve the skills of yourself and your competition team, and prizes up to 15 lakh INR.

It is divided into three challenging tracks and participants must qualify for each round to enter the final level.

According to the best performance, the internship will be provided with the Indian Army, and the final winners will receive their awards on Army Day.

Registration ends on November 10, 2021 and is open only to students and defense officials.

The following are details of the track challenge:

Secure coding

– This is a set of practices that apply security considerations to how software will be encrypted and encrypted for best protection against cyberattacks or vulnerabilities.

– Level 1 – 15 November 2021
– Level 2 – 22 November 2021
– Level 3 – from 6 to 30 December 2021.

Software defined radio

– This is a radio communication system in which components that have traditionally been embedded in hardware are instead implemented through personal computer software or an embedded system.

– Level 1 – 15 November 2021
– Level 2 – 22 November 2021
– Level 3 – from 6 to 30 December 2021.

Catch the flag

This competition is a special type of cybersecurity competition designed to challenge its participants to solve computer security problems and / or capture and protect computer systems
